Tuna Sweetcorn Pasta Bake
Creamy pasta, familiar tuna and a bubbling cheese top.

Ingredients
- 300 g pasta
- 1 × 145 g tin tuna, drained
- 150 g sweetcorn
- 300 ml crème fraîche
- 100 g grated cheddar
- ½ lemon
How to make it
- Cook pasta until just underdone; drain.
- Mix pasta with tuna, corn, crème fraîche, lemon and half the cheese.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake at 210°C for 18 minutes.
Little winUse peas instead of corn, or add both.
